Services are provided as professional consulting engagements. Scope, timing, deliverables, and fees are agreed with each client before work begins.
Payments
Payments may be accepted by credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods. Invoices are issued according to the agreed project terms.

Because services are customized consulting work, refunds are handled case by case according to the agreed scope of work and project status.

Client information is used only to communicate, provide services, prepare invoices, and manage project work. Client information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
